Since Klaviyo's February 2025 billing change, you're billed on total active profiles, not emails sent. Every checkout capture, every dormant subscriber from 2022, every never-engaged sign-up counts toward your tier until you suppress it. Suppression is free and reversible. The trick is knowing what's safe to suppress.
